How to Set Up TVersity for Windows 7

1. Download TVersity from www.tversity.com/download/.
2. Install the software by following the on-screen prompts.
3. Add files to your library by clicking 'Library,' and then 'Add Items.' Select the type of item you would like to add, such as a folder or a specific file. Click 'Browse' after selecting the type to navigate to where the folder or file is saved. Click 'Submit' to add the item.
4. Click the 'Refresh Media Library' button after adding items.
5. Start, Stop or Restart the sharing server by clicking the 'Main Menu' drop-down button and selecting the respective option.
6. Click 'Settings.' Under 'Media Playback Device,' select the type of device you will be playing the media on. This optimizes the settings for that specific device. If you want to use it on multiple devices, select 'Auto Detect.'
7. Connect to TVersity from a computer or portable device on the same network by typing http://localhost:41952 or http://localhost:41952/flashlib, for the Adobe Flash Interface, in to a Web browser. Replace 'Localhost' with local IP address of the computer running TVersity. This can be found by clicking 'Start,' then 'Programs,' then Accessories,' opening Command Prompt and then typing 'ipconfig.' You can also connect from a computer outside the network by checking the box to accept requests outside the network under the 'General' tab of the 'Settings.' In this case, replace 'Localhost' with the external IP address of the computer, which can be found at whatsmyip.org.
8. Connect other devices to TVersity by accessing the UPnP/DLNA options.
