Edit System Volume Options
1. Click 'Start' and select 'Control Panel.'
2. Click 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Adjust system volume,' located under 'Audio Devices and Sound.'
3. Drag the slider up and down to increase or decrease the volume. The master volume controls also will affect system sounds, so adjust this slider to control all sounds that come out of your speakers.
Enable Increased Volume

5. Click the 'Playback' tab, select 'Speakers' and choose 'Properties' at the bottom of the page. Click the 'Enhancements' tab.
6. Check the 'Loudness Equalization' box and press 'OK' to save your changes.
