How to Reinstall Your Sound Playback Device
1. Click 'Start,' then click 'Control Panel.'
2. Click 'System and Security.' Go to 'Device Manager' found under 'System.' Enter your administrator password once prompted.
3. Click 'Driver' and then 'Update driver.' This will reinstall your sound playback device with the latest functionality. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
