How to Change a Taskbar Style

1. Click on the 'Start' button on the bottom left hand corner of your desktop screen. Click to open the 'Control Panel'.
2. Double click on the 'Appearance and Personalization' option. Click on the 'Taskbar and Start Menu' option.
3. Choose whether to 'Always combine and hide labels' to have one icon for each running program, regardless of how many instances of the program are open. You can also choose to 'Combine when taskbar is full' to have the task bar only hide programs when there are too many to display. You can also choose to 'Never combine' to prevent your taskbar from ever streamlining your open programs.
4. Choose whether or not you want to 'Use small icons' by checking or unchecking the box.
