How to Rename the Dual Boot Menu
1. Open the 'Start' menu.
2. Type 'cmd' in the search field. Hold 'Ctrl,' 'Shift' and press 'Enter' on your keyboard to open an elevated command prompt. Click 'Continue' to any prompts that appear.
3. Type 'bcdedit /set description xxx' into the command prompt without the quotation marks. Replace 'xxx' with what you wish to call the currently booted version of Windows 7. For example, enter 'bcdedit /set description Windows 7 Home' to rename the OS 'Windows 7 Home' on the dual boot screen.
4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 under your other Windows 7 boot to rename it on the dual boot screen.
