How to Disable Windows Firewall Completely
1. Click 'Start' and type 'Command' in the 'Search programs and files' box.
2. Right-click 'Command Prompt' and click 'Run as administrator.' Click 'Yes' on the User Account Control dialog.
3. Type 'netsh firewall set opmode = disable' and press 'Enter' to disable Windows Firewall.
