How to Sync Cell Phone Contacts to Windows 7 Livemail

1. Plug your USB cord into ports on both your phone and computer.
2. Follow the prompts of the Setup Wizard to configure your phone with your PC. It will only run the first time a device is connected.
3. Select the programs and types of information that you want to synchronize between the devices. In this case, choose Windows Live Mail, which includes its contact information. The programs you pick during the setup process will be saved as your preferences and will transfer automatically each time you sync your devices. To change these preferences, open the ActiveSync window on your phone, select the 'Tools' menu, and choose the 'Options' window. Place a check next to programs you want to synchronize.
