1. Make sure no Bluetooth devices are currently syncing or transferring files with your PC.
2. Click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray in the lower-right corner of your Windows desktop.
3. Choose 'Open Bluetooth Settings' from the pop-up menu that appears.
4. Go to the 'Share' tab at the top of the window.
5. Uncheck the box next to 'Allow remote devices to browse, send, and receive pictures, music, and other files.'
6. Press the 'OK' or 'Apply' button to save the settings and disable the Bluetooth Exchange folder.
