How to Locate the OLK Temp Folder

1. Click the blue Windows logo at the bottom of the screen. Click inside the box labeled 'Search programs and files' at the bottom of the Start menu, type 'regedit' without quotation marks and press 'Enter' to display the registry editor.
2. Double-click the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER' folder on the left side of the registry editor window.
3. Continue browsing through the contents of the registry by opening the 'Software,' 'Microsoft,' 'Office,' '14.0,' 'Outlook' and 'Security' folders. Click the 'Security' folder after locating it.
4. Double-click the 'OutlookSecureTempFolder' registry key on the right side of the window. The 'Value Data' box in the new window shows the location of the Outlook Temporary folder on your computer.
