How to get Half

1. Close Half-Life 2 if it's already open.
2. Locate the shortcut icon used to launch Half-Life 2.
3. Right-click on the shortcut icon and choose 'Properties'.
4. Click on the 'Shortcut' tab.
5. In the 'Target' field, add the following right after steam.exe: -applaunch 220 -32bit
6. It should now look similar to the following: 'C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe' -applaunch 220 -32bit
7. Click on 'OK' to save your settings and continue.
8. There you have it! Half-Life 2 should now work flawlessly on Windows Vista 64 bit or even Windows 7 64 bit, in reliable 32 bit mode!
