XP: How to Fix RPC

1. Insert the Windows XP CD into the computer.
2. Restart the computer. Press any key to boot from the CD.
3. Press 'Enter' at the first screen followed by 'F8' at the second to reach the repair window.
4. Highlight the drive containing Windows XP (typically 'C') and press 'R.' This will repair and reinstall the RPC service.
