How to Fix the Windows Error Code Stop 0x0000000A or IRQL


Roll Back Drivers
1. Click on the 'Start' button.
2. Click on the 'Control Panel' button.
3. Double-click the 'System' icon.
4. Locate the 'System Properties' window and click on the 'Hardware' tab.
5. Click on the 'Device Manager' button.
6. Locate the device that was recently updated and may be causing the IRQ conflict.
7. Double-click the name of the device.
8. Click on the 'Driver' tab and then click on the 'Roll Back Driver' button.
9. Wait for the process to finish and reboot your computer.
Removing Third-Party Software
10. Click on the 'Start' button.
11. Click on the 'Control Panel' button.
12. Double-click the 'Add or Remove Programs' icon.
13. Select the program that you installed that isn't compatible with Windows XP. Click on the 'Remove' button.
14. Wait for the program to uninstall. Repeat the process for any other programs that are not compatible with XP and reboot your computer.
Specify Hardware Abstraction Layer
15. Press the 'F5' button on your keyboard while the 'Setup is inspecting your computer's hardware configuration' message is displayed during installation.
16. Select the correct computer type from the menu. Because most computers use a single processor, you should select 'Standard PC HAL' from the menu.
17. Reboot the computer but leave the installation CD in the tray.
18. Reinstall the Windows XP operating system after the computer reboots.

  1. Few days before I was also receiving this error 0x0000000A and I was unable to find the reason of occurring of this error. How to fix this error I was not having any solution. Due to this error I was not able to execute programs properly. At last when I use third party repair tool then only I have fix this error immediately and overcome from my question that is how to fix my PC. Thanks.
