How to Freeze Windows on the Blue Screen
1. Press 'Windows Key' + 'R.' This loads a Run box.
2. Type 'Sysdm.cpl' and press 'Enter.' This loads a System Properties window.
3. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
4. Click the 'Settings' button under 'Startup and Recovery.'
5. Uncheck the box next to 'Automatically restart' under 'System Failure.' Press 'OK.' This change takes effect immediately.
