How to Flip the Computer Screen on Vista

Flipping or Rotating the Computer Screen with Keyboard Hot Keys
1. Press 'Ctrl'+'Alt'+'down arrow' to flip the screen upside down.
2. Press 'Ctrl'+'Alt'+'up arrow' to return the screen to its normal orientation.
3. Simultaneously press the 'Ctrl,' 'Alt' and left or right arrow keys to rotate the display sideways. If these keyboard hot keys do not work on your computer, it may be because your display adapter does not support screen rotation or because hot keys are disabled in your video adapter's driver. See Section 2 for information on how to troubleshoot this.
Researching a Problem with Screen Flipping and Rotation
4. Right-click an open area of the desktop, and click 'Personalize.'
5. Click the 'Display Settings' link at the bottom of the window.
6. Click the 'Advanced Settings' button.
7. Click the tab for your specific video adapter, such as 'Intel Extreme Graphics' or 'GeForce Go 7400.' Look for a button to launch the software for your video adapter, for example 'Graphics Properties' or 'Start the NVIDIA Control Panel.'
8. Look for an option to rotate or flip the display. The software for certain Intel video adapters will show a 'Hot Keys' tab. Click the check box on this screen to enable the hot keys mentioned in Section 1. If your display adapter is made by NVIDIA, look for a 'Rotate Display' menu entry. On this screen, click a radio button to rotate your display in any of the four cardinal directions.
