How do I Load Drivers in a Windows Vista 32 Bit System System Recovery Options?
1. Insert the Windows Vista DVD into your computer's DVD-ROM drive, then power on your computer.
2. Press any key on the computer keyboard to begin booting Windows from disc when the 'Press any key to boot from CD or DVD' screen appears.
3. Click the 'F8' button to be taken to the Windows Startup menu.
4. Click the arrows keys to select the option for Vista Recovery Environment, then press the 'Enter' key.
5. Enter your language and preferences into the appropriate fields, then click 'Next.'
6. Click 'Repair Your Computer.'
7. Select the Vista installation version that you will be using, then click 'Load Drivers.' The version of Vista that you choose is important, for the drivers are version specific. Vista will now load the necessary drivers from disk.
8. Click 'View advanced options for system recovery and support' to be taken to the System Recovery Options. Here you can perform multiple types of System Restore, automatically fix errors, check for memory errors and open a command prompt.
