How to Troubleshoot Elo Touchscreen


1. Click the 'Start' button, click 'Control Panel,' and then double-click 'Programs & Features.'
2. Double-click 'MonitorMice for Windows NT.
3. Click 'YES,' reboot your computer, and then click the 'Start' button.
4. Type 'EloWinNt' in the search box and then delete the corresponding folder from your computer.
5. Click the 'Start' button, type 'EloNt' in the search box, and then delete the corresponding folder from your computer.
6. Click the 'Start' button and then type '\windows\system32 directory' in the search box.
7. Delete file 'monmouse.cpl' and then delete file 'elocal32.exe'.
8. Click the 'Start' button and then type '\windows\system32\drivers' in the search box.
9. Delete file 'monmouse.sys' and then delete file 'mmstub.sys'.
10. Click the 'Start' button and then type '\elowinnt ' in the search box.
11. Delete file 'mmuninst.isu,' delete file 'readme.txt,' and then delete file 'zaxis.exe'.
12. Click the 'Start' button and then type \elowinnt\diags' in the search box.
13. Delete file 'comdump.exe' and then delete file 'sawdump.exe'.
14. Download the applicable ELO Touchscreen drivers. The link is listed in Resources.
