How to Reformat Windows XP on a Dell With No CD


1. Right click 'Start.' Click 'Explore.'
2. Click 'Computer,' 'C,' 'Windows' and 'i386.'
3. Double click 'winnt.exe.'
4. Press 'Enter' at the welcome, 'F8' at the license terms and 'Enter' to reinstall and reformat your XP system.
