How to Fix Runtime Error 5
1. Click 'Start' on the desktop and then select 'Run.' When the 'Run' window appears, type 'regedit' in the search bar. This will load the registry key.
2. Scan through the registry key and select 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\FrontPage\Addins\FPE.com.AddIn.'
3. Click 'Delete' on the Edit Menu, then click 'Yes' when asked if you sure you want to remove the registry item.
4. Quit the registry and restart the computer.
5. Click 'Start' and then 'Control Panel' once the computer has rebooted.
6. Select 'Add or Remove Programs' and select 'bCentral Commerce Manager Add-In for Microsoft FrontPage.' Click 'Remove' and then 'Yes' when asked if your sure you want to remove the software. The Runtime Error 5 will now be corrected
