How to Delete Windows and Install Mac OS X
1. Insert the Mac OS X Installation Disc into the computer and reboot it.
2. Select your desired language when the boot disk starts and click 'Continue.'
3. Select 'Utilities.'
4. Click 'Disk Utilities.'
5. Format the hard drive as 'Mac OS Extended.' This will delete Windows in preparation for Mac OS X.
6. Exit 'Disk Utilities' and select 'Mac OS Extended' (the drive which was just created).
7. Click 'Continue.'
8. Choose the operating options associated with your computer's hardware (your processor type).
9. Click 'Continue,' and the computer will scan your Installation Disk for errors. Installation will then begin after the disk has been checked.
10. Eject the Installation Disk once the computer restarts. The computer will restart once the installation has completed.
11. Type in your user preferences (such as time zone, settings and name) when the Mac OS X operating system completely boots up.
