Troubleshooting the Hewlett Packard Deskjet 380 All

1. Restart your computer and try to print with the Deskjet 380 again. If you receive the same 'Offline--Offline' error from the printer, continue on.
2. Click on the 'Start' button on the lower-left corner of the screen, then select 'Control Panel,' 'Performance and Maintenance.'
3. Select 'Administrative Tools' and double-click on the 'Services' icon. Select 'Print Spooler' and click the 'Stop' button.
4. Wait five seconds, then click on the 'Start' button in the 'Print Spooler' menu. Click on 'OK' to exit the menu.
5. Click on the computer's 'Start' button, then select 'Turn Off Computer' and 'Restart.' The printer will function normally after it restarts.
