How to Write Vietnamese With Accents on a Windows Computer
1. Click Start and type 'intl.cpl' into the search box, then press 'Enter.' The 'Region and Language' configuration window will open.
2. Click the 'Keyboards and Languages' tab, then click 'Change keyboards.'
3. Click 'Add.' Navigate the left side bar by scrolling down until you see 'Vietnamese.' Click on the plus sign at the left to expand the language tree below 'Vietnamese.' Select the first keyboard, then click 'OK.'
4. Select 'Vietnamese' from the 'Default input language' pull-down menu.
5. Click the 'Language bar' tab, then select 'Vietnamese.' Click 'OK.' Your computer reconfigures for the Vietnamese language.
