How to Remove Games From Windows Systems Using a Group Policy
1. Press the Windows logo and 'R' keys simultaneously to display the 'Run' dialog box. Type 'gpedit.msc' without quotation marks into the box and press 'Enter.' The group policy editor will appear.
2. Click the plus sign or arrow next to the 'Administrative Templates' folder under 'User Configuration,' then click the 'System' folder.
3. Double click 'Don't run specified Windows applications' on the right side of the screen.
4. Click the radio button labeled 'Enabled,' then click the 'Show' button.
5. Click the 'Add' button, or click the text entry box under 'Value.' Type the file name of each game that you would like to prevent access to so that each game has its own text box. See 'Tips' to learn how to find the file name for a game.
6. Click 'OK' in each window then close the group policy editor and restart Windows to save your changes.
