How to Make the iPhone Visible on Itunes

1. Try restarting your computer. Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your computer. If this doesn't work, move to Step 2.
2. Disconnect the iPhone from your computer.
3. Press and simultaneously hold the 'hold' and 'sleep' buttons on your iPhone for 6 to 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen of the iPhone. This will reset the iPhone.
4. Go to the iTunes Web site to download the latest version of the program. If you already have the most recent iTunes update installed, download and re-install the program.
5. Open the iTunes program again.
6. Connect the iPhone to the computer. After 5 to 10 seconds, the iPhone should appear under 'Devices' in iTunes.
