How to Fix Missing NTLDR on Windows Vista


Reparation
1. Insert a startup disk for Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition and restart the computer.
2. Type the following when the command prompt appears to make a backup copy of the Msdos.sys file in the root directory of the system drive.attrib -h -r -s c:\msdos.sysrename msdos.sys *.ysyPress 'Enter.'
3. Type 'sys c:' at the prompt in order to rewrite the startup code of the previous Windows version with the correct information.
4. Restart the computer to Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition, and then install or upgrade to Windows Vista once more.
