How to Delete the Dial


Check Dial-up Username and Password on Windows 7
1. Click 'Start,' type 'Network Connections' in the search box and then press 'Enter.'
2. Double-click your dial-up connection on the Network Connections window.
3. Type your dial-up user name in the 'Username' box on the dialog box that opens.
4. Type your dial-up password in the 'Password' box then click 'Connect.'

5. Click 'Start,' point to 'Connect To,' and the click your dial-up connection.
6. Type your dial-up user name in the 'Username' box on the dialog box that opens.
7. Type your dial-up password in the 'Password' box then click 'Dial.'

8. Click 'Start,' point to 'Connect To' and then click your dial-up connection.
9. Click the 'Properties' button on the dial-up connection dialog box that opens.
10. Click the 'Options' tab on the Properties dialog box, uncheck the 'Include Windows logon domain' check box and then click 'OK.'
11. Click 'Dial' to start the dial-up Internet connection. If the problem still persists, go to the next step.
12. Repeat steps 1 and 2 and then click the 'Security' tab on the Properties dialog box.
13. Choose the 'Allow unsecured password' option below the 'Validate my identity as follows' box and then click 'OK.'
