Windows System Restore Won't Run

1. Click 'Start' and select 'Restart' to shut down Windows and reboot your PC.
2. Hit 'ESC' on your keyboard as your computer turns back on. This will load your Windows 'Boot' menu.
3. Select 'Start Windows in Safe Mode' and hit 'Enter.' Windows will now load in Safe Mode.
4. Click 'Start' and 'All Programs.'
5. Click 'Accessories' and 'System Tools.' Click 'System Restore' to load System Restore in Windows Safe Mode on your PC.
