How to Replace Netapi32.dll if It's Still Not Connecting


1. Download and install the netapi32.dll to the desktop (See Resources).
2. Click 'Start,' 'Computer,' 'C,' 'Windows' and then 'System32.' Drag the netapi32.dll file from the desktop to the System32 folder. Confirm the replacement of the old netapi.dll with the new one. Exit Windows Explorer.
3. Click 'Start.' Type 'cmd' in the search box and press 'Enter.' This will load the Command Prompt. Type 'regsvr32 netapi32.dll' at the prompt and press 'Enter.' This will register the file. Exit the Command Prompt.
