How to Install an HP Web Camera
1. Go to the 'Start' menu and 'Control Panel' and click on 'Device Manager. Proceed to 'Imaging Devices' and 'HP Webcam.'
2. Click on the 'Driver' tab. Update the driver. Click 'Search Automatically' for updated driver software.
3. Open 'Quick Play' and click on the music, video and picture icon on the bottom of the screen.
4. Under 'Source' click 'USB Video Device.' Your webcam should be activated. Press the red button on the bottom of the screen to record video. Press it once more to stop. Click on the camera icon to take a snap shot image.
5. Go to 'Public,' 'Public Videos' and 'HP Webcam' to view your videos. Go to 'Public,' and 'Public Pictures' to view your pictures.
