How to Change the Language on Windows 7
1. Click the 'Start' button and open the 'Control Panel.'
2. Select 'Clock, Language, and Region.'
3. Select 'Region and Language.'
4. Select the 'Keyboards and Languages' tab.
5. Click your desired language from the 'Display language' list.
6. Click 'OK' to confirm the language choice.
