How to Import a Palm Calendar to Outlook
Export Address Book from Palm
1. Open Palm Desktop Calendar. Click on 'Calendar' and select 'Export' from the menu that opens up.
2. Enter the name of your file in the 'Export as' dialog box. The name is inconsequential, so just pick one that you will associate with your calendar.
3. Save the file as a .dba (Date Book Archive) file by selecting .dba from the drop-down menu on the 'Export as' window.
4. Upload the dba file into the Palm2CSV website listed in the Resources section. The website will convert the dba file to a csv file, which is readable by Outlook, whereas dba files are not.
Import File to Outlook
5. Open Outlook on your computer. Click on 'Options' in the 'File' tab on the top of the screen.
6. Click on 'Advanced' and select 'Export' from the window.
7. Click on 'Import from another program or file' in the 'Choose an action to perform' list. Click 'Next.'
8. Select 'csv' from the 'Select file type to import from' list and then click 'Next.'
9. Browse to locate the file that you have just converted and select it and then click 'Next.'
10. Select the folder that you want the file to be imported to in the 'Select Destination Folder' list and then click 'Next,' followed by 'Finish.' Now your file will be imported into Outlook and you can access it by opening the file folder you put it in.
