How to Upgrade MagicJack

1. Launch a Web browser, and navigate to Magicjack.com/8/CustomerCare_windows8.asp. Click the 'Click Here' link to download the upgraded software; then click 'Save' when prompted to download the file.
2. Connect your MagicJack into one of your computer's USB ports. Do not proceed to install the upgrade for at least one minute.
3. Double-click the downloaded file; then click 'Run' if a User Account Control prompt appears. The upgrade will automatically install, and the MagicJack software will start after the process completes.
4. Disconnect your MagicJack from your computer. Leave it disconnected for 15 seconds, then reconnect it to finish the upgrade process.
