How to Uninstall Ubuntu Install Windows

1. Back up all files and folders. Installing Windows will format your computer.
2. Insert your chosen Windows operating system disk and reboot your computer.
3. Press any key to boot from the disk. If you're not prompted, press 'Esc' or 'F12' before the Ubuntu loading screen to reach the boot menu. The key will vary based on your computer manufacturer. Choose 'CD-ROM' as your boot choice.
4. Press 'F8' to agree to the license agreement and continue the installation.
5. Delete the Ubuntu partitions. Select one partition at a time and press 'D' to delete. Press 'Enter' to confirm. The partitions will be displayed in a list format in the main partitions screen. In order to delete all Ubuntu partitions, delete every partitioned drive.
6. Create a new partition to install Windows on. You will still be on the main partition screen during this process. The section entitled 'Un-partitioned Space' should be highlighted. Press 'C' to create a new partition in the un-partitioned space. Use the default drive size, which displays automatically, and press 'Enter' to create.
7. Press 'Enter' to install Windows on the newly created partition and select 'Format NTFS' as your format option.
8. Enter your license key when prompted. Select your time zone, computer name, and network settings when prompted during the GUI portion of the Windows setup.
