How to Sync Secondary Google Calendars


Move the Event to Your Primary Calendar
1. Open your secondary calendar. Select the event you wish to move to your primary calendar. Double click on the event's title. This will open the event details page.
2. Choose your primary calendar from the 'Calendar' drop-down menu.
3. Click 'Save' to move the event to your primary calendar. The event will now be saved in your primary calendar.
4. Repeat the above steps for all events you wish to sync to a device other than your computer, such as your PDA. When complete,sync your primary calendar to your device as usual. Your selected events from your secondary calendar are now synced to your device.
Export Your Secondary Calendar to Your Primary Calendar
5. Open your secondary calendar. Click the ' Calendar Settings' link located on the left side of the page under the Calendar list.
6. Select the 'ICAL' button located at the bottom of the page. This will display a URL under the 'Private Address' section. Click this URL and save this file to your computer. This will allow you to export your secondary calendar and save it on your computer. Your secondary calendar and all its events are now ready to be imported to your primary calendar for syncing.
7. Open your primary calendar. Click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the calendar list and choose the 'Import Calendar' selection.
8. Click 'Browse.' Select the URL you saved as a file. Click 'Open.'
9. Choose your primary calendar from the drop down menu and select 'Import.' This will import all the events from your secondary calendar to your primary calendar and make them available for syncing with your PDA or personal/business management software. Sync your primary calendar and devices as usual.
