1. Go to the 'Start' menu, type 'run' in the Search box and press 'Enter.'
2. Type the following string in the 'Run' window, then click 'OK': Regsvr32 'C:\Windows\System32\mshtml.dll'
3. Click 'OK' in the confirmation pop-up box.
