How to Make VCD Using Nero

1. Download and install Nero. A link can be found below in the Resources section.
2. Open Nero. Then, select 'Video-CD' option from the menu. This will take you to the main burning screen.
3. Select 'Add Files.' Then, locate the video file you want to burn in the directory. Once it's found, highlight it and select 'OK.'
4. Insert the blank CD into the CD drive. Make sure the CD is a CD-R, because they are compatible with most DVD players.
5. Once you have chosen all the videos you want to burn, select 'Burn.'
