How to Make a BackTrack Boot Disk

Download the ISO
1. Visit the backtrack site at http://www.backtrack-linux.org/
2. Click Downloads and select the latest ISO download
3. Save the file to the desktop.
4. Download and install a free ISO utility. See the 'Resources' section for more information.
Burn the ISO
5. Open the ISO utility software.
6. Open the backtrack .ISO file in the ISO utility.
7. Insert a blank DVD into the DVD burner
8. Click the Burn button inside the utility.
9. Follow any on-screen instructions and let the DVD finish burning.
