How to Install a Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go

1. Remove the protective cap from the connection card and gently insert it into an available USB port.
2. Wait for the computer to recognize the card. The Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go program should automatically open.
3. Follow the prompts to properly install the software. The installation wizard takes you through activating the product and configuring your device. You need your connection card's account number and serial number to install the software. The account number and serial number can be found on the card's packaging.
4. Restart your computer with the connection card still inserted. Double-click the 'Broadband2Go' icon on the computer's desktop to launch the program. Click 'Connect' to start a broadband connection.
