How to Install a Lexmark Wireless Printer

1. Place the CD that came with the printer into your computer's CD drive.
2. Wait for the welcome screen to appear. If the screen doesn't appear after a minute, click on the 'Microsoft' button in Windows 7 or Vista and type 'D:\setup.exe' into the Start Search box. In Windows XP, click 'Start' and then click 'Run.' Type 'D:\setup.exe.' If your disk drive has a different letter, change the 'D' in 'D:\setup.exe' to the letter of your disk drive.
3. Follow the instructions on the Welcome screen to set up the printer. You'll need to enter the name of your SSID and WEP key or passphrase during this process.
4. Ensure that the green light is showing on your printer before attempting to print. Green indicates your printer is connected to a wireless network.
