How to Get Rid of Trojan Virus Manually


End Associated Processes
1. Press the 'Ctrl,' 'Shift' and 'Escape' keys or the 'Ctrl,' 'Alt' and 'Delete' keys at hte same time to open the Windows Task Manager.
2. Click the 'Processes' tab of the Task Manager.
3. Click 'Show Processes From All Users.'
4. End all of the processes associated with the Trojan virus. To end a process, right-click the process and select 'End Process' from the context menu that appears.
5. Close the Task Manager.
Delete Associated Registry Entries
6. Click 'Start' and type 'regedit' into the 'Search' box and press 'Enter' to open the Registry Editor.
7. Locate all of the registry entries associated with the Trojan virus in the left pane of the Registry Editor and delete them. To delete a registry entry, right-click the registry entry and select 'Delete' from the context menu that appears. You can also locate a registry entry by clicking 'Edit' and 'Find,' and typing the name of the registry entry into the dialogue box and clicking 'Find Next.'
8. Close the Registry Editor.
Unregister DLLs
9. Click 'Start' and type 'cmd' into the 'Search' box. Press 'Enter' to open the Command Prompt.
10. Type 'regsvr32 /u name.dll' (without the quotation marks) into the Command Prompt and press 'Enter.' Note that 'name.dll' should be replaced with the name of the Dynamic Link Library (DLL) associated with the Trojan virus. If there is more than one DLL, repeat the step for each DLL.
11. Close the Command Prompt.
Delete Files
12. Click 'Start' and then click the 'Search' box.
13. Search for and delete all of the files associated with the Trojan virus. To delete a file, right-click the file and select 'Delete' from the context menu that appears.
14. Restart your computer.
