How to Fix the Nv4
1. Click 'Start,' 'Run' and type 'devmgmt.msc' and click 'OK.' Navigate to 'NVIDIA Compatible Windows 2000 Display Driver' and right-click it. Click 'Disable' to disable the driver.
2. Right-click the 'Start' button and click 'Explore.' Double-click 'Windows Explorer.'
3. Locate the Windows folder of your operating system version.
4. Left-click the system folder and navigate to 'nv4_disp.dll.' Right-click the file and click 'Delete.'
5. Click 'Start' and click 'Run.' Type 'Cmd' and click 'Run' to open the command prompt.
6. Type 'regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\System32\nv4_disp.dll' into the command prompt and press 'Enter.' This will un-register the 'Nv4_Disp.Dll' from your system.
