How to Fix Internet Explorer DNS Problem

1. Click on the start menu and select the 'run' option.
2. Type the following three-letter code -- cmd -- and press the enter key. This will launch the command prompt.
3. Type the following code: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt.Then, press the enter key.
4. Reboot your computer.
