1. Click on the 'Start' button.
2. Click on 'Control Panel.'
3. Click on 'Network and Internet.'
4. Click on 'Internet Options' and a dialogue box will appear.A shortcut for this is to open Internet Explorer, click on 'Tools' and then click on 'Internet Options.'
5. Choose the 'Security' tab and then click on 'Internet' in the box below the heading 'Select a zone to view or change security settings.'
6. Click on 'Custom level...' in the 'Security level for this zone' area.
7. Go to 'Scripting' and select 'Enable' under 'Active scripting.'
8. Click on 'OK' and then confirm the changes. Click on 'OK' again to exit 'Internet Options.'
