How to Disable UPnP and Windows Media Player Sharing

Disable UPnP
1. Click 'Start' and go to the 'Control Panel.'
2. Double-click 'Windows Firewall.'
3. Select the 'Exceptions' tab.
4. Scroll down the list of exceptions and uncheck the box marked 'UPnP Framework.'
5. Click 'Ok.'
Disable Windows Media Player Sharing
6. Click 'Start' and select the 'Control Panel.'
7. Go to 'Administrative Tools' and open 'Services.'
8. Find 'Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service' and double-click on it.
9. Click 'Stop' under the 'General' tab and then select 'Ok.'
