How to Delete a DLL File on Winlogon Exe

1. Insert the Windows CD into your computer and restart the PC.
2. Press any key as the computer is loading to boot from the CD.
3. Press 'R' to access the Recovery Console.
4. Click on the 'System32' folder and perform a search for '*.dll', which will bring up a list of all DLL files.
5. Highlight the DLL file to be removed and press 'Del.'
6. Restart your computer.
