How to Configure TS Web

1. Click the Windows Start button and select 'All Programs.' From the list of options, click 'Administrative Tools' and then click 'Manage My Server.' This opens a new window where you can configure server applications for your network.
2. Click the 'Roles' label on the left side of the window. Click the 'Add Roles' button that displays in the center of the window.
3. Select 'Terminal Services' and click the 'Next' button. Select 'Per Device' for licensing. This enables several users to connect to one device. Click the 'Next' button. Click 'Install' at the final screen. This installs the service on the machine.
4. Click the Windows Start button again and select 'All Programs,' 'Administrator Tools,' then 'Server Manager.' Click the 'Roles' icon on the left. Click the newly installed Terminal Services role. Click 'Add' in this window and select 'TS Web.' This installs the web service on the machine.
5. Open a web browser to test the new settings. Enter 'http://computer_name/ts' into the browser navigation text box. Replace 'computer_name' with the name of the server hosting the TS Web service. This opens a Terminal Services screen in your browser. The TS Web service is now installed, configured and ready to connect to your remote machine.
