How to Access a Mac OS X Partition in Windows XP


1. Connect the disk containing the Mac OS X partition to the computer.
2. Download, install and run HFSExplorer. This is the only free software to perform this task, as of the publication date.
3. Press 'Ctrl' and 'L' at the same time on the keyboard.
4. Click 'Autodetect.'
5. Click 'Load,' and then click to select the files on the Mac-formatted drive.
6. Click 'Extract' to copy the files from the Mac OS X partition to the PC.
