Directions for Setting up the Brother 2170W Wireless Printer

1. Insert the toner drum provided with the printer by opening the front cover, unpacking the toner cartridge and placing it into the printer.
2. Close the front cover of the printer.
3. Insert paper into the paper tray located on the bottom, front of the printer.
4. Insert the AC power cord provided with the printer and plug the printer into a power source.
5. Turn the printer's power on.
6. Press the 'Go' button to print a test page after the 'Go' button stops blinking.
7. Turn the computer on and log in with administrator rights.
8. Insert the CD provided with the printer into your computer and install the printer software. Follow all the instructions completely to ensure the software is installed correctly.
9. Connect the network cable included with the printer when prompted and continue to follow the steps of the set-up wizard. Once the set-up wizard is complete, you will be able to unplug your network cable and use the printer wirelessly.
