How to See Deleted Internet History on Windows 7

1. Click 'Start,' 'All Programs,' then 'Accessories.' Select 'System Tools' from the 'Accessories' menu.
2. Choose 'System Restore.' Note that this will restore everything on your computer -- not just your Internet history -- to a prior state you determine.
3. Click 'Next' when the 'System Restore' menu appears. You'll see a list of restore points that Windows has created. Select the point just prior to the spot you deleted your Internet history.
4. Click 'Finish.' A warning message will pop up, telling you that a system restore cannot be interrupted or undone. Click 'OK.' After the system restore is finished, your Internet history will be restored.
