Uninstall Error 1606

1. Left-click 'Start' and then left-click on the 'Run' option in the right-hand side of the menu.
2. Type 'regedit' in the 'Open:' box and click 'Enter.'
3. Locate and left-click on the following registry key in the registry editor: 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders.'
4. Right-click on 'Common Administrator Tools' on the right-hand side of the registry editor.
5. Type the following line in the Value Data Box: '%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools.'
6. Left-click on 'File' within the registry editor and then click 'Exit.'
7. Restart the computer by clicking on 'Start,' 'Turn Off Computer' and then 'Restart.'
