How to Set a Dynamic Website As Desktop Wallpaper

1. Open 'Control Panel.' Click to switch to classic view on the left pane.
2. Double-click 'Display' icon. The 'Display properties' window opens.
3. Select 'Desktop' tab.
4. Click the 'Customize Desktop' button. The 'Desktop Items' window opens.
5. Select 'Web' tab.
6. Click on the 'New' button to add a new web page.
7. Enter the URL of the web page and click 'OK.'
8. Click 'OK.' Close out the 'Control Panel' and you should now see the web page on your desktop.
